Preorder items are made specifically for each preorder and are not ready-to-ship items. Estimated arrival dates may be provided on individual product listings when applicable, but these dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once preorder inventory arrives to Marcie & Me Clothing Co., please allow 3–5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Orders cannot be altered once they are placed. This includes changes to size, style, quantity, or other product selections.
All preorder sales are considered final sale. Refunds will not be issued unless there is a confirmed manufacturer error or defect.
